Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy for Villa Caribana & Villas Coloniales
To ensure we provide a consistent and high-quality experience for all our guests at Villa Caribana and Villas Coloniales, we adhere to a uniform set of booking and cancellation policies. These terms apply to all reservations without exception, ensuring fairness and transparency for every guest. Booking Terms
To confirm your reservation, full payment of the stay is required at the time of booking. Please note that the completion of your payment constitutes a formal agreement to, and acceptance of, our booking terms and cancellation policy.
Arrival & Departure
To ensure every guest arrives to a perfectly cleaned and maintained home, we kindly ask that guests adhere to the following times:
Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
Please note that these times are strictly enforced to allow for professional cleaning between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancellation occurs after 48 hours but at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before check-in.
Travel Insurance
Because our cancellation policy is applied consistently to all guests without exception, we recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This ensures you are protected against unforeseen travel delays, medical issues, or flight cancellations.
